Anna and Bret had one main vision for their wedding: moody romance meets a crazy, good-time party. As soon as I heard Anna explain this to me, I knew their wedding day was going to be amazing. And, to no one's surprise, it absolutely was. Anna and Bret hosted their January winter wedding at Rembrandt Yard in Boulder, Colorado. The modern wedding venue with moody lighting and greenery hanging from the ceilings was the perfect setting to bring the level of romance the pair was hoping for, along with providing an ample dancefloor for them to really go wild celebrating their love with their favorite people.
Before getting started at Rembrandt Yard, though, we started their day right across the street at Hotel Boulderado. Bret got ready with his best friends in the modern wing of the classic hotel, while Anna opted for the charming historic side. After a morning of smiles and a first look with her teary-eyed dad, it was time to cross the street over to Rembrandt. Not wanting to wait any longer to see each other, Anna and Bret shared their emotional first look in Rembrandt Yard's bridal suite. The two laughed and smiled, and Bret proudly shared that he knew Anna's dress would look just like the one she'd chosen. He just knows her so well! We continued on to their private vow readings to one another in the bridal suite, followed by some romantic bride and groom portraits around Pearl Street. After that, it was time for their ceremony.
Anna and Bret shared a sweet ceremony officiated by one of their good friends. It was filled to the brim with love and intention, and the two could hardly contain their giddiness and smiles throughout. Once pronounced husband and wife, it was time for their reception. The happy couple and their guests enjoyed an amazing wedding dinner provided by Greens Point Catering. After laughing and crying through heartfelt toasts and topping it off with their cake cutting, the rest of the night was for dancing! TH Entertainment brought Anna and Bret's vision of a wild party to absolute life with the perfect blend of music that kept their whole guest list on their feet the entire night.
